Welcome to my kitchen.
Now, I’m not the fanciest cook out there, and I would not describe myself as a chef. What I am is a realistic cook. I don’t enjoy standing at a cutting board for an hour chopping ingredients. I don’t think it’s fun to find the most exotic ingredient for a specific recipe that my family will probably hate. I enjoy cooking what is simple and delicious. So the recipes you’ll find here are tested, tried and true, and most are originals. In other words, my favorites.
So, ladies and gentlemen, get to the kitchen!
